{St. Simons Island, GA} Wedding Photography

Get ready for photo overload! I loved every minute of this wedding and reception. Jen & Shawn were so very relaxed and it made the whole day flow seamlessly. Their love for each other is evident every time they look at each other. So, forgive the length of this post. This was as much as I could narrow it down!!

Shawn & Jen, thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of your day. I hope you enjoy this small sneak of the photos I captured. I wish you a long, happy, healthy life together!

{Charlotte, NC} Family Photography

This family is absolutely precious!! I could not believe it had been 6 months since I captured Mr. Brock’s newborn photos! He had grown and changed so much. When Rachel contacted me about taking their family photos this fall, I knew they would be fabulous. Girl has style! 😉

Chris and Rachel, thank you so much for letting me capture these moments for you! I hope you love them!

{Charleston, SC} David + Kaeley = Married!

If you say the word “Charleston”, I’m there. Could not have been more excited to head south for David and Kaeley’s big day! Just talking to Kaeley on the phone, I knew it would be a sweet time of celebration! They were married at the Church of Our Savior – John’s Island. The reception followed at James Island County Park. We were a bit worried about the weather, but thankfully, everything turned out beautifully!
Thank you, David and Kaeley, for inviting me to be a part of your day. I hope you enjoy!!

{Asheville, NC} Wedding!

You may remember Daniel and Cheryl’s engagement shoot in Uptown Charlotte. I loved getting to hang out with them in preparation for their big day! I was so fortunate to be able to travel to Asheville, NC to shoot their wedding. Their ceremony took place at St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church and the reception was nearby at High Vista Country Club. Gorgeous couple, gorgeous backdrop, gorgeous weather, gorgeous day! Thank you so much, Daniel and Cheryl, for letting me be a part of your day. I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!

{Summerville, SC} Stephen + Karen : Married!

I have been so excited to post about this wedding since I first went through the images for the sneak peek. When I first received the e-mail from Karen asking me to be their wedding photographer, I couldn’t wait to travel to Summerville to the Woodlands Inn.  Stephen and Karen were a photographer’s DREAM! Their wedding was perfectly intimate, fun (as you will see from the reception photos!) and warm. Everyone in both their families was amazing and they couldn’t have been more gracious!

I was excited to get there early for some getting ready shots!

When Karen told me they wanted to see each other before the wedding, I was so excited to get to capture that moment! It was such an amazing time. I know they will cherish those first few minutes together.

After the ceremony, Stephen, Karen and I walked around the grounds of the fabulous Woodlands Inn for some photos of the two of them together.

And then we were off to the reception. Friends, I can’t even begin to tell you how much I loved this reception. Not because it was over the top. Not because of the gorgeous flowers or delicious cake. But because every single face I saw when I looked around the room was having FUN. I can only image this reception completely met or far exceeded the bride and groom’s expectations! I’m only going to post a few from the reception because I want Stephen and Karen to relive those memories as they look at the images together. But this says it all:

Stephen and Karen, I thank you so much for asking me to be a part of your day. I hope you will cherish your photographs for many, many years to come. I wish you health and happiness in your new adventures together!

{Fort Mill, SC} 10th Anniversary Photos

I have never laughed so hard at a shoot as I did this one. Isaac and Kelly have been married 10 wonderful years, and I think I found their “secret” – laughter. I loved watching these two interact and it made for some great photos! Always remember – your attitude will shine more in pictures than your smile. Come ready to have fun, and we will! 🙂

Thank you so much, Isaac and Kelly, for exploring with me. I wish you all the health and happiness for many, many more years together!
